He has conducted numerous trials, cross examinations and has been instrumental in preparing witnesses for cross examinations.

He conducts due diligence of Intellectual Property Portfolios of organizations in various sectors such as Medical Equipment, renewable energy, automobiles, pharmaceuticals etc. He also provides freedom to operate / infringement and invalidity opinions apart from advising clients on Licensing and Intellectual Property Management.

He has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating contracts, litigating disputes in content driven industry and intellectual property. He has worked on various Production contracts, Recording contracts, Artist Management deals, Model Management Contracts, Agreements for licensing of TV shows & animated series, Opinions on regulatory matters, Sponsorship Contracts.
