Jasneet Kaur is a Partner with MS Law Partners.

Jasneet Kaur is a practicing advocate with more than 6 years of experience in Intellectual Property Laws, along with Civil and Constitutional litigation. After graduating with BLS.LLB from Government Law College, Mumbai, she worked with the IPR divisions of two leading law firms in Delhi, before taking care of MS Law’s northern region practice.

She primarily focuses on trade mark and copyright law, with experience ranging from advisory and expansive opinions to prosecution, opposition, registration and other contentious issues, including litigation. She has successfully handled extensive trade mark portfolios involving conducting of pre-filing searches, drafting specification and classification, filing, prosecution, opposition and post-registration matters.

She has also successfully represented clients in High Court(s), District Courts, Intellectual Property Appellate Board and various other judicial forums including, inter alia, Central Administrative Tribunal, State Consumer Commission, Armed Forces Tribunal. She has also successfully represented clients before the Trade Marks Registry during examination, opposition and post-registration hearings.

She is also an avid writer and regularly authors articles on IPR and constitutional issues and judgements for various law journals and blogs, such as SpicyIP and Intellectual Asset Management (IAM) Reports.
